Every year, people all over the world celebrate Cinco de Mayo on May 5th to honor Mexican heritage, culture and tradition. Cinco de Mayo isn’t until next week, but we are starting the party early by sharing some of our favorite fiesta recipes.

Ah, it looks so good. Especially the Chicken and Veggie Tostadas. Mexican cuisine is about the best. We don’t have any plans – a little friend of ours has her birthday on May 5th.

I love Mexican food! We are making fish tacos tonight… loaded with halibut, cabbage, tomatoes, lime, avocados, cheese and spice! If it stays chilly… I might make some Mexican hot cocoa 🙂

This is my first Cinco de Mayo not in College so I’m finally excited to celebrate it as a food holiday (and not a binge drinking holiday)! I like your style of starting early too.
