The 33 best spa hotels in Phan Thiet (2024)

The hotel is located in a high-end resort and has three restaurants and a water park, but it's not that great. The beach is dirty and the pool is too crowded with kids. The breakfast buffet is ok, but it's crowded too. I'm not coming back.

My husband and I decided to spend our holidays in this hotel! Upon arrival at the villa, there were some household details that were inconvenient for us, we reported this to the reception. Manager Tracy contacted us and resolved all our issues. I want to thank her for making our stay so comfortable. The hotel has a beautiful territory and villas, but people create the atmosphere, coziness and comfort. The staff were attentive and friendly. The service was top notch! Tracy is professional and very customer oriented! The hotel also has an amazing Spa, my husband and I travel a lot and I always visit the spa, I want to note that the massage at Centara Mirage is one of the best! We enjoyed it very much and we are very grateful to the staff!

I enjoyed my time at Centara! Everything was perfect and my room was great! Everything was organized and super clean!! The entire staff from check in to check out was helpful and friendly! I had a amazing buffet breakfast every morning and the restaurant staff was also very friendly and helpful.I saw some bad reviews before I booked my reservation but, I have no idea what this was about because I had no issues at all! I will stay there again in the future.

It was a wonderful stay at Centara Resort. Yes, the hotel is not perfect and that makes him a few things: we were at off season when the locals are coming. They came although mostly for 1 night stay. It makes reception crowded at check in/out time. You can enjoy peaceful and nice stay til 3pm, till the new wave come and it gets crowded and loud everywhere in minutes. The same is at breakfast time. The breakfast is superb, but it is a big hotel and you have to calculate with uncleaned tables. But what was annoying, that in a such nice and new territory were many trash left everywhere and its not hotel personal fault. We did not have any problems with buggies, we catch them always in less than a minute. The room is spacious, nice decorated and was properly cleaned everyday. Super nice game area inside and outsideAll in all, if you can live with mentioned problems, you will have a wonderful stay as we did. Maybe at season time it looks a bit different.

The best of Mirage Centara is the fantastic view both sunrise and sunset!!! It is still a new resort so facilities are OK. It doesn't make a feeling of luxury though.Plenty of places for kids and adults too!!!Company trip is also a good choice as it has some huge outdoor grounds. Many rooms are too far from common facilities.Swimming pool water is not very crystal (the top infinity pool), the 3 meter pool is okay.Electric vehicle service is a bit slow.Beach is not really for swimming but just to breathe its air.A bit far from center but it's designed for relaxing quiet trip anyway.

A well designed Mediterranean style resort in the outskirts of Mui Ne. Spacious villa with a decent private pool. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which could house up to 5 or 6 persons. Almost constant routing of electric cart you can wave down for a ride to wherever you want, which includes the bigger common pool with a mesmerizing ocean view, a games center, bars, and restaurants. The only minus I could think of here is the fact that this resort isn't connected to a private beach, so the pool is basically your only choice for aquatic activities.

Quite beautiful & charming resort on the hill next to the seaside. Comfortable & convenient room design. Helpful staff. You can enjoy all the weather here (sun, wind, rain & thunder depend on season). The location is quite separate with local community, maybe a negative point if you like noises from next door restaurents or living people.

What a massive resort, located just around the beach overseeing the fishing village and walking distance from clear water spring. Wonderful place. Definitely pricey given the amenities but absolutely no complains in terms of services offered. Vietnamese menu could be improved further. Also, can offer few more western options in restaurant.

Centara is the most spectacular destination in Mui Ne, which is called the capital of resorts to me.It was definitely worth it. I love everything, like the ways you guys serve guests, the activities for kids, the food, the room, etc. For instance, the bellman was absolutely willing to arrange for the buggy to pick us up. Moreover, when the staff saw us walking into the resort, they always asked, "How may I assist you?" That pretty much amazed me. Furthermore, the receptionist was very skilled, with only 3 minutes to do check-in.Last but not least, I hope that all of you guys will enhance further.

We came here with our three kids for our anniversary. On arrival, we were happily surprised by the quality of service. Everybody was very professional and friendly! The rooms are extremely nicely decorated and comfortable! The food was not great but we'll have to try other places.EDIT.During our stay, we had a few unpleasant experiences that I already reported to the hotel staff.- We had the unpleasant experience of finding two co*ckroaches in a room. That had a very negative effect on my children and it was very difficult to put them to bed... Probably a good idea to perform your pest treatment more often...- The level of the water in the private swimming pool was below the skimmer, therefore in the morning the water was dirty, we didn't want to go for a swim. Might be a good idea to check the swimming pool levels when you do the rooms ;)- The Breakfast buffet was supposedly from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM. When we arrived at 10:15AM, most of the dishes cleaned out and we were not able to taste all the food. I understand that coming at 10:15 AM is closer to the end limit but you should not be packing up before the end time. I would even suggest to start clearing the breakfast at 10:45 so that your guests don't feel rushed to eat or stop accepting people avec 10AM...I hope you'll make improvements on your quality control and customer experience with the above comments

Centara Resort: A Great Vacation with Some DrawbacksPros:Modern and convenient facilities: The resort is beautifully designed with many modern amenities such as a large swimming pool, a relaxing spa, a children's playground, and more. Everything is well-maintained and clean.Friendly and enthusiastic staff.Cons:Dinner buffet was not as expected: I have to say it was VERY DISAPPOINTING. The quality of the dinner buffet was not worth the money guests paid. The buffet did not include drinks and the food was not diverse. Many dishes were cold and not seasoned properly.Overall:Centara Resort is a great resort with modern facilities and good service. However, guests should be aware that the quality of the dinner buffet is not as expected.

The most advantage here is the location and resort design. Located on a coastal hill, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery from anywhere, and all the convenient facilities and rooms are efficiently and beautifully located. However, the service and food need a lot of improvement and are not up to the standard of a 5-star hotel.1. StaffThey are very kind but can't control the customers who do not keep order and have no common sense, especially Vietnamese. So foreign customers may feel discriminated against Vietnamese guests. If you are a foreigner, please be careful of cutting in line from others when boarding a buggy. they never make a queueAlso, you could feel difficulty of communication in English with some of the staff, especially in the restaurant and cafe2. FoodJust average. I think it's same as restaurants with 3.2 rating in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City. I think the level of the restaurant is determined by the quality of the basic food, but the rice of the fried rice was dull and dry, and the noodles of the fried noodles were like rubber with no elasticity. 5 star resort food? I don't think so.3. SpeedAgain, the staff are really friendly. This problem seems to be a matter of manual and process. If you ask for a buggy in your room, it may not come within 10 minutes, and if you order 6 drinks from the cafe just beside of lobby, it may take 28 minutes to pay.4. CleaningIf you're going to play hide and seek with your kids in your villa, be sure to wear a mask. Invisible places such as behind curtains and under beds are full of dust

Second time in Centara, the first time was waaaaay better. This time we had to wait for a long time to get a buggy, so had to walk 99% of the time which was quite far. The cleaning was TERRIBLE. There was hair of the people who stayed before us, cleaning ladies forgot to wash the dishes, carpets were not cleaned for a looooooong time. One of the mornings we had to wait to have breakfast which should not happen at a 5* resort. Our kids got skin problems after swimming in the pool. There were kids vomiting in the pool. There were cigarette buds and trash all over the place.Overall, do not recommend. Centara prices itself as 5* resort but service is 1*.

What a great experience at Centara, we stayed during a very busy holiday. In Vietnam, the resort was completely packed. However, the initial experience with the front Dess upon check-in was outstanding. Mr Thanh was extremely patient and calm despite a madness of guess, wanting to check in and screaming kids. He was multitasking very well. She helped us check in, and I was smooth manner.Rooms. Beautiful design and Decour and the way the rooms are built and laid out. It looks like a neighborhood of homes in the suburbs in California very home like feel. Our room was a Premier with a pool access in the back door of our room. We simply walk down four or five steps and can jump into a long, lazy pool. The room was equipped with enough amenities. The air-conditioning was very strong in the bed and pillows were very comfortable.Resort: wow, they have so many amenities that can keep you busy for at least three days. To start they have four massive pools to swim in no shortage of pool time here they have activities such as a bowling alley pool table, arcade, games, and more. Lastly, it also has a spa to relax as well.Overall, very satisfied with my stay, and will likely stay here again

My experience at the Centara Mirage Resort Mui Nehas been nothing short of exceptional. Despite a minor hiccup upon check-in with a few ants on the second floor of the villa, the staff's immediate response and resolution were commendable. They were not only quick to apologize but also treated me to a delightful surprise—a complimentary bottle of exquisite Italian red wine and a plate of tropical fruits. What truly sets this resort apart is the unparalleled friendliness of the staff. Their warm and accommodating nature made me feel genuinely welcome throughout my stay. It's evident that they prioritize guest satisfaction, and their commitment to providing a top-notch experience is truly noteworthy. The facility itself is nothing short of world-class. From well-appointed rooms to the stunning amenities, every aspect of the resort reflects a commitment to luxury and comfort. The attention to detail is evident, and the ambiance created by the surroundings is truly magical. In summary, despite a minor initial issue, the swift and gracious response from the staff, coupled with the world-class facility, has made my stay at this resort truly memorable. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and welcoming retreat.

This five-star resort is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are comfortable, and the convenience of ordering room service through an app is a great feature. They also provide golf cart transportation and room services or massage reservations. The infinity pool offers breathtaking views of the entire resort. The only downside is that it can get busy during holidays, resulting in longer wait times. Overall, it's a highly recommended resort with excellent value for money.

We booked the two bedroom Villa and it was incredible. Everything looked as shown in the pictures. The resort was also very nice.My only knock, not enough to lose a star, is the resort is very large and you may feel dependent on their (free) buggy services if you have older adults or kids with you.We were in Mui Ne to visit family, but the location seems far from anywhere significant (2.5 hrs drive from Saigon) so location gets 3 stars.

This place felt like paradise. My husband and I stayed for a night, and considering it's a 5-star hotel, the price wasn't bad at all. The view was phenomenal. However, there are some things that need improvement. This place is pretty new, and I'd like to provide feedback to enhance future customers' experiences. The food at Mundo was delicious. The breakfast had a lot of options as well. Customer service was excellent, and the buggy service was really quick. However, the only downside for me was the pool, its hours of operation, and room safety. My husband and I wanted to go for a night swim, but we didn’t know the 2.0-meter pool closes at 6 pm, which is super early. So, we decided to go to the pool with the bar instead, but that one also closes early as well at 8 pm. I honestly didn’t even get to enjoy the night at this hotel, which was disappointing and almost ruined my anniversary trip. I really wish the pool would stay open until later, around 9-10 pm, so people can relax and enjoy themselves. People also come out during nighttime, and daytime feels like a ghost town. While we were chilling at the pool, we heard a band playing, so we decided to check it out. My husband and I left to go back to our room to shower and change, planning to eat dinner and watch the band. However, when we came back, the band had finished. They finished really early as well, around 8 pm. After 8 pm, nothing's happening, and the area feels like a ghost town; you hear nothing but crickets. Also, while I was swimming in the pool, something bit me. I didn’t know what it was, but it left a mark on my left foot. I don’t know if it was a bug or something else. The room was nice, and I liked the atmosphere. However, the corner of the bed was not safe at all; my husband and I hit our legs on it. I hit mine really hard, leaving a huge mark on my left shin. Additionally, the fan made such a loud noise. We called maintenance to fix it, but even though they thought they had fixed it, it was still making a loud noise. The room also gets super hot; it doesn’t stay cool unless you’re in your room all day. Everything turns off once you leave your room, and it takes a long time for the room to cool down. The fridge was broken, and we had to request to get that fixed as well. The hotel is also not connected to the beach. I wish there was a private beach behind it; it would’ve been perfect.Overall, our experience was great, but I wish this hotel could’ve done things a lot better.

Best place for family trip with young kids. The kids' playgrounds are fantastic and very safe. However, the service quality may be affected by super crowded tourists during weekends.

- Room: we took a 2-bedroom villa. It's spacious with Mediterranean decoration style. It has a mini kitchen, and you can ask the restaurant to borrow kitchenware. It also comes with a big balcony on 1st floor where you can see the sea, the fish market and especially the sunset.- Service: is almost good, helpful, and friendly as we did not interact much with the staffs. The only setback we had was the waiting time for internal electric shuttle bus. As the whole resort is huge and the number of staffs and buses are limited, I think they should do better to organize the buses so more people from different rooms can join a bus instead of sometimes I saw that 1 bus had only 2 people and the bus driver declined to stop and pick us up. We did not mind the detour, but we did not want to wait until God knows when to have another random bus to pass by. Also need to think of a better way for guests to contact the service desk while they are not in the room! How can I contact and ask for pickup when I am out of my room or not near any staffs?Other than that, other attractions and facilities are good, our kids love the pool with a huge pirate ship!- Location: it's quite far from Phan Thiet, almost next to Red Sand Dune which gives it both advantages and disadvantages. As we travelled by our car, so it was not a big deal but if you want to use taxi, it can be an issue.

This resort is beautiful, but unfortunately, I'd never come back. Please save your money and stay somewhere else with better service.First off, when we arrived at 4 pm, there was chaos at check-in. It took us 1 hour to check in and another 20 minutes for a cart to take us back to our rooms.Transportation service was so bad. We waited an average of 30-45 minutes for the buggy service (golf cart) to pick us up. The app only allows you to book the cart from certain locations. During high-traffic times like lunch and dinner, people are fighting to get on a cart. There's no system in place for first-come, first-served. The whole ordeal was chaotic and unsafe. I was traveling with my 16-month-old and my elderly parents. We almost got pushed off a golf cart at one point while waiting to leave for dinner. I know this isn't a new issue, and some customers have voiced their concerns already. Willow Nguyen, please stop saying you will take this comment into consideration if you're not going to do anything about it.Food service is another disappointment. There’s ALWAYS a long line. People are fighting to get food instead of patiently waiting in line. Bowls, plates, utensils, and even food constantly run out, and we had to wait a long time for replenishment. Food quality is bad as well. Everything is mediocre at best. The same food is offered over and over from meals to meals. There's only so much to do here. We booked a couple's massage for 2 pm, and they called us at 1:45 pm to let us know they're overbooked and can't accommodate us. The kid's playground and water park are poorly maintained, leaving concerns about safety. This resort doesn’t have beach access. We made suggestions for service improvement during our stay and were told to be patient due to the Lunar New Year influx. Well, if you can't keep up with the service, then please don't overbook your rooms and compromise service quality.

Nice view and location but our experiences with the resort services during holidays by end of this April was unsatisfactory- Provide only 1 key card for room with family- The service of electric vehicles for inside-resort transport was really bad, it took us from 30 to 60 minutes to wait.- We accidentally closed the room door and let the key card inside the room, called the operator for help, they received the call and no one showed up to open the door.- The swimming pool for kids is dirty.- We loved the Philippines performance during dinner and breakfast outside but felt nothing due the sound system just good enough for karaoke in a small room. The plus of the resort is food all fresh and well cooked.

A huge waste of money, place was nice but the service was very unfortunate. We got to our room and our power wasn't working properly it kept cutting in and out. A few people came to try to fix it, but it only worked for about 30 minutes. Our phones were not working couldn't even speak to anyone to help us, had to flag down people outside who worked there to help. When we got a hold of the manager, we asked for a room change and they offered it but ended up taking a few hours until our room switch occurred by that time it was already night time. Spent nearly the whole day in the dark. Plans were ruined to see our family, we had to take showers in the dark. We asked for a refund or at least another night and they were unable to provide any of them. Only some fruit and drink was what they offered. Breakfast Buffet was overly busy and many people were bumping into each other, very unorganized. But the room was a huge fail. We could have stayed at another place for a lot less money and had a better experience. They were just saying sorry most of the time but did not really understand how much of a problem they caused their solution was non existent. The room should have been checked before for reliable power before letting anyone stay in it. Ruined our day and night on a day that was supposed to be a special day. Never coming back and not referring anyone to this place who comes.to Muine.

Nice 5 star resort. It’s newly built so everything is up to standard of a luxury resort. Only downside is location and lack of a beach. The pickup service was really fast so not quite indicative of the negative reviews. But I can imagine it being slow during a holiday.

The price is very reasonable, but the service and facilities are excellent. Especially, if you have children, there are many programs and a large swimming pool, so you can have a good time. The downside is that most of the staff's English skills are very poor, and the staff who speak a little English are not good-mannered. Some staff even continued to look at their phones when asked questions.

장유준 — Google review

Staff from FO, Buggy Driver, Operator and HK are super nice and helpful. But F&B and F&B staffs need to be improved. The foods are not impressive at all. Foods are a little over price actually.Room is nice. But no bathtub event the room is big quite big.Amenities are average.Very nice pools. Safe area. Need more plants and parking area. Need to wait around 5 to 10 minutes for buggy during breakfast time.
